when I run Razer Cortex it shows apps installed and cleaned up options for 2 seconds
then a black screen
as suggested by google and youtube I uninstalled and reinstalled but the same pattern black screen
I also used Revo uninstaller this removed razer cortex and deleted registry keys then reinstalled
but the same pattern black screen.

Regarding the Razer Cortex black screen issue, could you please download the latest WebView 2 here, and run the .exe as administrator?
Then, restart your PC and launch Razer Cortex to see whether this issue persists.

well I downloaded x64 webview on windows 11 x64
it said it installed as admin but nothing after that and not in the programs list
I restarted windows 11 and ran razer cortex same result was fine for 1 minute then a black screen

We assume that WebView2, a necessary component to run Razer Cortex, may be one of the causes of this issue. Could you please help check whether Microsoft Teams works fine on your PC?
If you did not have Microsoft Teams installed on your PC, please download and install it. Then, launch it and let us know whether it works well.

Could you please follow the below steps?
- Exit Razer Cortex.
- Tap Windows key + R, input %localappdata%\\Razer\\Razer Cortex, then, click on 'OK' to open the Razer Cortex folder. Delete all folders/files under the Razer Cortex folder.
- Launch Razer Cortex.
Please check the images for reference.

Regarding the Razer Cortex black screen issue, could you please turn off your HDR for Display in Windows 11, then, launch Razer Cortex to give it a try?
Here is a guide for you to turn off your HDR for display.
