PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. The Promotion is available daily from 09.08.2024 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION
2. The Promotion is open to new and existing customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) betting online or using the mobile app, who are aged 18 years or over, are betting in £/€ currency, and whose accounts are registered in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
3. The Promotion is not available to customers who open NEW accounts and depositing funds with Prepaid Cards, Moneybookers, PayPal and Paysafe.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in the Promotions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION
5. To claim the Promotion and insure your Acca you must place a real money accumulator bet made up of 5 or more selections on pre-match, match result, both teams to score, match result and both teams to score, correct score or total goals over/under markets. Each selection of the acca must have minimum odds of 1/10 (before any odds boosts have been applied) and the accumulator must have combined odds of 3/1 (together a “Qualifying Bet”)
6. If exactly one of your 5 selections in the Qualifying Bet loses, we will refund your stake up to £/€10 as a Free Bet (each a “Free Bet”). The Free Bet will be credited to your account upon settlement of your Qualifying Bet.
7. If two or more of your 5 selections in the Qualifying Bet lose, you will not be eligible to receive a Free Bet.
8. Each qualifying customer can receive a maximum of two Free Bets per day during the Promotional Period.
9. Free Bets will be credited based on the results of each qualifying customer’s first two placed Acca bets of the day. Subsequent acca's will not qualify.
10. Any bets placed using free bets or permutation bets, will not be considered a Qualifying Bet.
11. A bet will also not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes void.
12. Any bets placed in running will not be considered a Qualifying Bet.
13. If any selections forming part of your Qualifying Bet are postponed or become void, you will still be eligible for this Sports Promotion in circ*mstances where your Qualifying Bet is still made up of 5 or more qualifying selections when the postponed or void selections are removed.
14. Qualifying Bets which have been cashed out or bets which have been edited (using the “Edit My Acca” feature) will not qualify towards this Promotion.
RESTRICTIONS ON THE FREE BETS
15. The Free Bets must be used within 7 days of them being credited to the Website account, otherwise they will expire.
16. The Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
17. Each Free Bet must be wagered as a single bet on any Sports market.
18. The value of the Free Bets will not be included in any winnings.
19. The Free Bets will not be returned if the Free Bets wagers become void.
ODDS BOOST SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
20. Qualifying customers who log in to their account during the Promotional Period will receive an Odds Boost token to be used on football.
21. The Odds Boost token will also appear on the bet slip if the token can be used on the selected market.
22. Each Odds Boost token will increase the potential returns on all selections in a bet slip by means of lengthening the price of each selection.
23. Only the first £/€50 of the qualifying customer’s stakes will be struck at the boosted price. Staking limits may apply.
24. Odds Boost tokens can be applied to pre-match or in-play singles.
RESTRICTIONS ON ODDS BOOST
25. The Odds Boost token will expire at 23:59 (UK time) on the day it was credited, if not used.
26. Odds Boost tokens cannot be used in conjunction with Free Bet tokens. Odds Boost tokens can only be applied to stakes placed using real money.
27. Odds Boost cannot be applied to any other online product (Poker, Casino, Live Casino, Games, Bingo, Lottos, Slots, Exchange) or be used in conjunction with Tote or pool bets.
28. Odd Boost tokens can be used alongside other promotional offers but cannot be applied to markets where odds have been enhanced as part of Ladbrokes Price Boost.
29. Maximum two Odds Boosts per qualifying customer per day during the Promotional Period.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

31. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other www.ladbrokes.com Sports Promotion.
32. We reserve the right to change or end any promotions, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
33. If you have made one or more Qualifying Bets in relation to this Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the Free Bets available.
34. If we decide to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact any Qualifying Bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal.
35. We may place restrictions on your account to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.
36. Where we suspect that a customer is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that customer’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
